Weddings at Bryton Barn

Our wedding pricing:

Fridays- $4,000

Saturdays- $5,000

Sundays- $3,000 

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount will be due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due at your planning meeting, which will be conducted approximately 30-days prior to your event. 

When renting The Bryton Barn for a wedding and/or reception, you will have access beginning at 9:00 AM. In addition to the main event barn and beautiful outdoor ceremony site, access also includes the spacious bridal suite, groom’s suite, caterer’s prep area, indoor fixed bar, optional moveable bar, parking lot, and all outdoor spaces located within the 10-acre lot. 

Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 250 people. 

Indoor tables & chairs, as well as outdoor chairs are included for no additional cost. 

Table linens are not included, but are available to rent for an additional charge. White linens are the only color option available. 

A cleaning fee is required, and is $300.

We do not have in-house or preferred vendors & instead welcome all vendors of your choosing, including alcohol & bar services. 

Can I add on a rehearsal for my wedding?

We currently offer two options for rehearsals:

1. You may add on a 4-hour rehearsal dinner (Monday - Thursday) for the fee of a party rental, which is currently $1,000. These are booked on a first come/ first serve basis, one per evening. 
    

2. You may add on a 1-hour outdoor only rehearsal (Monday-Thursday), with no access to the inside of the building. The outdoor rehearsal will be followed with a 4-hour rental at our smaller venue, Bryton At The Bank. This rental deal is currently $225. 

While it is not required that you have a day-of coordinator, we do highly recommend using one. You’re welcome to bring your own, or check out the packages for our knowledgeable Day-of Wedding Coordinators have.
