What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept cash, check, or card payments.
Will taxes be added to my rental?
Kentucky requires sales tax (6%) to be applied to all venue rentals.
Do you require a damage deposit?
Each event requires a damage deposit of $1,000. This can be held via check or credit card. The payment will only be processed if damages occur during your event.
How many people can your venue accommodate?
Our larger venue, the Barn, can accommodate up to 250 people. Our smaller venue, The Bank , can accommodate 70.
How big are your guest tables?
60 inch round tables, with seating for 8 guests.
How big are your serving tables?
We have plenty of 6-foot & 8-foot tables available for use.
Do you offer decor packages or arches?
No, we do not. You are welcome to bring a in any decor items you would like.
Is your venue climate controlled?
Our main event barn does have heat, but is not air conditioned, as it was built with the intention of being an open air environment.
Our 4 large garage doors & 2 large ceiling fans make the space very comfortable. The Bridal & Groom suite, along with both bathrooms are air conditioned. Our smaller venue, The Bank, does have both air conditioning & heat.
Are your bathrooms accessible?
They are!
Do you have ice?
Yes. We have a commercial ice maker at the main barn. $100 rental provides unlimited ice the day of your event.
Do you have a fire pit at the barn?
We do! You’re welcome to use it, just bring your wood.
Do Ubers/Lyft operate in your area?
Generally, no.
