WEDDING COORDINATION DETAILS
Pre-wedding day activities, included in ALL packages (up to 11 hours):
Thank you for your interest in our coordination services. We would love to help make your day perfect! Below you will find additional details regarding these services. All coordination services require a 50% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance to be paid at the planning meeting, held approximately 30 days before your event.

Pre-planning (2-3 Hours)
Included in all wedding coordination packages is an initial consultation with the couple. This consultation can include in-person or over the phone consultations, which will include discussions regarding wedding day logistics, special requests, and concerns the couple has.

30-Day Planning Meet (2-3 Hours)
Planning meeting with the bride & groom approximately 30 days before the event, to customize all details. Plans will include timing of events, vendor information, emergency contact information, wedding party information, music selection, and photography plans, among other things.

Timeline Prep (2-4 Hours)
A detailed timeline will be created by your coordinator 2 weeks prior to your wedding. This timeline should be distributed to your wedding party as well as your vendors. All vendors must confirm in writing/email the time of arrival.

Rehearsal (1 Hour)
Coordination of a ceremony rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their roles increases the likelihood of a seamless ceremony.

Day-of Coverage- packages based on your personalized needs (4, 8 or 12 hours).
We understand that every couple has a unique vision for their big day. That’s why we offer a range of packages to suit different preferences and budgets. The coordinator will work with you to utilize your hours for the times and activities you need covered most! Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Assistance with set up / decoration.
● Greeting vendors, ensuring vendors are set up on time and in the correct location
● Managing logistics, timeline execution
● Ensure the bridal party is on schedule with events (ie photography) pre-ceremony
● Work with the wedding party during the ceremony for lineup and timing
● Check announcements with DJ/MC
● Oversee the traditional events at reception
● Assistance with breakdown after ceremony
● Handle any unforeseen issues and ensure everything goes according to plan

Additional hours, as needed.
We understand unpredictable things can happen. Should you need your coordinator for additional hours than originally planned, we would be happy to add additional time for the services listed above.
Each additional hour added will be $125 per hour.
These hours can be paid upfront or invoiced post-wedding. Additional hours performed during the day of the ceremony will be invoiced post-ceremony.
